This is especially beneficial in the morning Having a warm glass of lemon juice in the morning helps draw out toxins from your body. Lemons are also the only food that is truly anionic. That should be enough reason to incorporate a lemon a day!
Oil pull every morning---
Not only will you help draw out even more toxins, your teeth will be healthier and whiter. When I first did this, after just two weeks, I noticed I could not feel any plaque on my teeth. They felt super clean all the time. My favorite oil to use is coconut oil because of its mild and pleasant taste. 20 minutes of this constant “swishing” first thing in the morning will help get your mouth in better shape!
Boost your probiotic intake---
Even Hippocrates, the Father of modern medicine, said that “all disease begins in the gut”.

Reduce the use of technology – go a day without watching tv or being on your computer, smartphone---
Technology is helpful to us, but it gives us an artificial and temporary happiness. The world is such a beautiful and fascinating place. It seems that technology has made us forget that. Enjoy a day without it and opt for face-to-face interaction instead, or use the quiet time to reflect in your inner deepest thoughts.
